One of the top real estate consultants for BHHS Florida Properties Group, Ronnie Preusch brings over 19 years of residential real estate experience to her clients.   She understands the home buying or selling process is one of the most important, and possibly one of the most stressful periods in someone’s life. She recognizes that it’s her job to effectively communicate every aspect of the transaction and to make sure the transaction runs as smooth as possible.  Whether assisting a first-time home buyer or someone looking for their dream home, her goal is to ensure that each of her clients has a rewarding home buying or selling experience.

 

Born and raised in New Jersey, Ronnie and her family relocated to Tampa in 1993. Her own corporate relocation experience provided her with a unique understanding and perspective of how important it is to have an agent who truly listens, puts the needs of their clients first, has the ability to proactively resolve issues, and is willing to go the extract mile.  

 

Ronnie is certified as a Relocation Specialist in Marketing Assistance (sellers), Destination Services (buyers) and Relocation Inventory (corporate housing), Luxury Collection Specialist, Institute for Luxury Home Marketing Certification, SFR and E-Certified.  

 

Throughout her career, Ronnie has received numerous sales achievement awards including the prestigious Presidents Circle, Leading Edge and Honor Society Awards recognizing her as one of the top real estate professionals in the Tampa Bay area. She is a member of GTAR-Greater Tampa Association of Realtor, NAR-National Association of Realtors and FAR-Florida Association of Realtors.

 

When Ronnie is not selling real estate, she is either traveling around Tampa playing league tennis or spending time with family and friends.  Giving back to her community is important to Ronnie-she has volunteered for numerous charities and served on several non-profit Boards including Tampa Palms Elementary PTA, Benito Middle PTA , New Tampa YMCA and North Oak Crest HOA.  She has been married to her husband Barry for 34 years and they have two children daughter Jessica, son Barry and a dog Sammy.
