We had a complicated cross-country move, and she guided us through the process of scouting homes and neighborhoods from afar. She earned our trust by steering us away from properties that were great on paper but wouldn't live up to our expectations in reality. She kept all third parties, like the title company, lender, and seller all aligned and accountable for their responsibilities in getting this deal closed. She also negotiated a better deal than we would have been able to secure on our own. Beyond all of those things, her value did not stop when the papers were signed. Her performed a comprehensive review of our closing disclosure and found we were charged for two items totaling over a thousand dollars that the title company should not have charged us, and was able to secure a refund for them. Ronnie stands out as a highly competent, top-performing real estate professional. Having closed five houses, there is a dramatic difference in Ronnie's skills and experience versus others we have used.

Her knowledge of the market was extensive and the valuation was right on the money. She had our back every step of the way.
